Introduction

Azure Blob Storage is a scalable cloud storage solution that allows organizations to securely store and manage large volumes of unstructured data.

Exporting data to Azure Blob Storage involves installing an export integration and creating a data export to transfer data from the system to the cloud.

Prerequisite

Create folders in the Microsoft Azure Blob storage cloud storage integration.

Step 1: Configure the Integration

Follow the below steps to configure the integration:

  1. Navigate to Setup → Account. The Account Details screen is displayed.
  2. Select the Integrations tile. The Installed Integrations screen is displayed, with all the installed applications.
  3. If you do not have any installed applications, you will be navigated to the Available Integrations page. The Available Integrations page displays all the available applications along with the newly created application with the version.
    Note: Search for Blob Storage application using the search option available. Alternatively, search for Exports from All Categories option and select it.
  4. Click ADD in Blob Storage tile. The ADD BLOB STORAGE screen is displayed.


  5. Enter the following basic details:

    NameStringEnter the integration name.
    Storage account nameStringAzure Blob account name.
    Secret access keyStringAccess key generated from the portal.
    Confirm Secret access keyStringReenter the secret access key.
    Container nameStringName of the Azure container for the export data.
    Base URIStringData location in the container.
    Example: https://portal.azure.com
  6. Click FINISH.
