G2-OracleDB-Listener - v2
Description
Monitors the availability and state of Oracle database listener services, and the status of traditional listener, in both standalone and RAC environments. In version 2 of the template, two distinct templates are derived from the original version(G2-OracleDB-Listener). These new templates are named G2-OracleDB-Listener - RAC and G2-OracleDB-Listener - v2.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you have Gateway Version 14.0.0 or Later.
- Ensure the following environment variables are properly configured:

ORACLE_HOME
to the path where Oracle is installed. - Set
ORACLE_SID
to your database’s SID (System Identifier). - Add the Oracle binary folder to your system’s
PATH

Description
Monitors the status and availability of Oracle database listeners in a Real Application Clusters (RAC) environment, ensuring that both local and SCAN listeners are operational for optimal client connectivity and service availability.
Prerequisites
