Schedule Maintenance Tile Enhancement
The Schedule Maintenance tile now includes a Tabular Visualization option, enabling you to view the schedules in a table format.
This enhancement provides detailed insights into current and pending schedules including information such as Schedule name, Start and End date and time, and Type. This simplifies and streamlines the planning of IT processes.
Publish Dashboard as a PDF Enhancement
The dashboard now includes an option to print the entire dashboard and its tiles. Each tile will take the full width of the page while maintaining its existing height.
The output can also be downloaded and saved locally in PDF format.
We will continue to improve this feature in future releases to provide additional layout options.

Display OpsRamp Version and Patch for SSO Users Enhancement
SSO users can now view the OpsRamp release version along with the patch level on the Profile menu.
Process Automation
New “Find Incidents” task Enhancement
A new service task, Find Incidents has been introduced in process definitions, similar to the existing Find Alerts task. This enhancement allows you to automate the identification and management of aging incidents using a query-based approach.
Patch Management
Patch Compliance Enhancement
You can modify the name of existing Patch Compliance. Previously, modifying the compliance name was not possible.
Patch Overview Page Enhancement
For Patch Scan Schedules and Patch Installations, we previously displayed data for the last 24 hours and the next 24 hours. We have now added options to select weekly and monthly data for a more comprehensive view. This version maintains all key information while improving readability and flow.

Reporting Apps
Support of “Performance Insights” App New Feature
We have added a new reporting application called the Performance Insights App. This app is designed to provide valuable insights into resource performance utilization, along with visualizations of the top utilizations.
In this initial phase, the Performance Insights App includes visualizations and details of synthetic script performance metrics. The reporting is divided into two main sections: Location Insights and Transaction Insights.
Changes to Reporting Apps Permissions Enhancement
Users with Reports Manage permission can now install or uninstall the Reporting App independently, without needing Integration Manage or Administration permissions.
This change simplifies workflows, allowing users to create runs, set schedules, configure notifications, and share analyses with full autonomy using only the Reports Manage permission.
Increase Tags Capacity Enhancement
Users can now select custom attributes (tags) directly from a dedicated column within the “Select Attributes” drop-down menu. Previously, this option was available in a separate “Select Tags” drop-down.
Enhancements in Metric Insights App Enhancement
The Metric Insights app has been enhanced to include the following features for visualizing resource-metric data:
- Visually represent the minimum, maximum, and average values of metric data.
- Analyze metrics for specific resources or across all available resources, providing a comprehensive view of data trends.
- Quickly identify the top five and bottom five resources based on their metric values.
- Easily pinpoint high-performing resources and those that may require further attention.
- View the total number of distinct resources associated with collected metrics.
- Gain insights into overall performance and summary statistics for each selected metric.
Resource Management
Assign and Unassign Jobs to Resource Groups Enhancement
Jobs option is added to the create and update Resource Group screens in a tabbed layout. You can assign or unassign jobs while creating or updating a resource group.
Event Management
Updates to Scheduled Maintenance Definition Enhancement
In Scheduled Maintenance settings, you can now include additional users and user groups to receive email notifications. You can also define start and end times to ensure notifications are sent promptly before maintenance begins and ends.
Notification Priority Visibility Enhancement
Email notifications will now display notification priority and alert status. Users will see the notification priority, alert ID, metric name, and current alert state in SMS notifications as well. Additionally, voice notifications will include the notification priority, metric name, and current alert state.
Customization of Alert Email Notifications Enhancement
Users can customize the alert creation and update timestamps in both the subject line and description of notification emails for improved clarity.
New User Experience (Alert Browser, Service Desk, and KB) New Feature
Introduced the new Alerts, Service Desk, and Knowledge Base as the default experiences for existing users. These updated interfaces come with improved navigation, enhanced performance, and a more intuitive user experience.Key Updates:
- The new Alert Browser, Service Desk, and Knowledge Base provide a streamlined workflow, making it easier and more efficient to manage alerts, service requests, and knowledge articles.
- During the transition period, users can still access and work with the Classic Alert Browser, Service Desk, and Knowledge Base alongside the new interfaces.
Note
Email notifications generated for Service Desk tickets will now contain links that redirect users to the new V2 Service Desk UI instead of the classic version. This change ensures consistency and allows users to take advantage of the improved navigation, enhanced performance, and modernized interface in the new UI.
Service Management
Service Desk Notification Enhancement
Users can now specify a custom time zone in service desk notification emails. This feature allows for greater flexibility and clarity in communication.
Log Management
Enhanced Filtering and Favorites in Log Explorer New Feature
A new Fields column has been added to the left side of the Log Explorer, improving log management and navigation.
- Quick Filtering: Easily include or exclude indexes in queries with a single click. The active query is displayed at the top of the Log Explorer for better visibility.
- Favorites for Faster Access: Mark specific fields as favorites to automatically move them to the top of the Fields column for quicker selection.
Log Insights per Index
- Displays the percentage of logs from the last query that contain a specific value.
- Shows the raw count of logs matching the value from the last query.
Network Topology Management (NTM)
Introduction of “No Alert” Option in Alert Filter New Feature
The plain network topology now includes a “No Alert” option, allowing users to view a clean diagram without any alert-related details or metrics. This simplifies the visualization, focusing solely on the structural representation of nodes and links.
Advanced Device Search in Topology Enhancement
Users can now utilize advanced search options, including hostname, IP address, make, and model, to directly select a seed node for filtered results. Once a node is selected, the topology dynamically updates to begin with the specified seed node.
Automatic Addition of New Devices Enhancement
The refresh functionality has been enhanced for saved topologies. Users can now refresh their views to see newly added or removed nodes in the latest snapshot. After saving this updated snapshot, the topology will reflect the most current view. This version enhances clarity and flow while maintaining all essential details.
Integration Framework
Update the Collector Profile for Integrations Enhancement
You can now change or update the Collector Profile for integrations via the Edit option under the More menu of the selected integration. This update simplifies the management of collector profiles for discovery and monitoring integrations, reducing the need for reconfiguration.
Updated Gateway Download Page Enhancement
You can request and download the “n-1” and “n-2” versions of the gateway ISO and OVA files (for both Classic and NextGen gateways). Previously, you were only able to download the latest “n” version of these files from the OpsRamp UI.
This feature will be enabled based on a feature flag. Please connect with the Support team to enable this flag.

GCP Integration at the Organization Level Enhancement
The GCP integration now supports organization-level detection, enabling automatic discovery and integration of new projects created within a GCP organization. This eliminates the need for manual configuration of individual integrations for each project.
